1 Boneless 4-5 lb pork shoulder roast
3 TBsp dry mustard
1.5 TBsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups chicken broth
Mix dry ingredients together to create a spice rub.
Rub pork with spice rub, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
Place pork in slow cooker and pour the chicken broth over it.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serve with South Carolina Style BBQ Sauce.
